Operations Manager / Operations Director
This position will be responsible for working with the CEO, President and CFO, managing all facets of agency operations including, but not limited to, operations administration, office management, finance and accounting, human resources management, supplier management, contract management and more. This role serves as the backbone of our operations and is integral to the smooth operation of the agency.
Direct reporting will be to the CEO. President and part-time CFO will play a large role depending on agency initiatives.
